Ways of Supporting the
Breslau Homecoming 2005:

Prizes: We would like to
give out door prizes and spot prizes at our dance on the Saturday night at
Bingeman Park. Eddie and the Edsels will be playing for this event and tickets
are $10.00 each. Please promote this within your company, it should be a great
time. If you would like to donate prizes for this, again give them to our representative
or make arrangements with us to pick them up at a later date.

General donations: As
stated above, the cost of the ads are the minimum but if you would like to help
with an additional donation you are certainly welcome to do so. You can imagine that this type of event is costly to operate at the start and after the event is
over all money over the $1500.00 seed money for 2015 will be donated to local
community groups! No profits are made from this event for any individuals and we
have no paid staff - all volunteer workers!

Advertising: Getting the
word out to people is a key factor and you can help with this in many ways!

If you have
a mobile or permanent letter sign we encourage you to place the following
on it during May and June 2005 - Breslau Homecoming June 10-12, 2005 or
something like that!

Promote it
in your company advertising (Newspaper, radio, TV, etc)

Promote it
in your company newsletter, bulletin boards, etc
-
Sponsor a
banner or sign/flower planter, etc.

Sponsor a
Newspaper, TV or radio Ad

Lisa Rosenberger for prices, information, flyers, or any
advertising for Breslau Homecoming 2005.

Put a float in the Parade: This can be done in
many different styles, flat bed trailer, cars, horses, whatever your company
wants to do! Again contact Jim Burton to book your spot in the parade, a
great way to promote your business and support our Homecoming!

Participation: This is a
key factor to the success for our event- we want you and your employee's and
employer's all to come out to this celebration of our community. Please help us
spread the word and join us on June 10-12, 2005. Again remember we are always
looking for volunteers to help!
When we all pull
together as a community we can accomplish great things, please help us make
this event a success by supporting us with any of the above items. Again thank
you for your support.
Breslau Homecoming is a
community project and supported by the Breslau Recreation Association, South
Woolwich Optimist Club, Breslau Evangelical Missionary Church, Breslau Mennonite
Church, Breslau
School, local businesses and many friends and families of Breslau and surrounding area..
